Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of grilled food items, such as burgers, steaks, sandwiches, and more, according to recipes and customer preferences
– Ensure food is cooked to perfection while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
– Set up and stock the grill station with all necessary supplies and ingredients
– Clean and maintain the grilling equipment and work area to meet sanitation guidelines
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
– Assist in receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining food safety standards
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer requests or concerns promptly
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a grill cook or similar role in a fast-paced environment
– Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, temperatures, and cooking times for various types of meats
– Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to work well in a team environment while also thriving independently
– Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to customer preferences
